30-day returns

Not satisfied? Return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Because ProAbsorb is a topical product, we can't accept returns of opened or used tubes — unless your product arrived damaged or defective (see below).

How to start a return

Email us at Orders@zyviva.com with your order number and explanation for return, and we'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping, except when we sent the wrong item or your product arrived damaged — then we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
